EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP 3

EFFECTIVE LEADERSHIP 3
Climbing Higher
The higher you want to climb, the more you need leadership. The greater impact you want to make, the greater your influence needs to be.
The higher you want to climb, the more you need leadership. The greater impact you want to make, the greater your influence needs to be- Dr. John Maxwell

The McDonald’s story changed when they hooked up with Ray
Kroc who himself is a leader. This was evident in his ability to see what the brothers could not see. He has the leadership ability for an effective leadership. His desire to succeed knows no boundary.
Ray Kroc had to borrow money from the bank to see off the salary of a few leaders he wanted on his team. Sacrificed his time even at his fifties. As time went by and hard work being invested he succeeded beyond his predecessors.
The McDonald’s concept was brought to the consumption of the world globally. The company today has 31,000 restaurants in 119 countries.
The level of achievement, the determination to succeed and the limit in Kroc’s life was higher than that of the brothers. The brothers lacked this ability and it brought the lid on their effectiveness lower.
