Leadership and position are two different conceptions that people
sometimes take to be same or misunderstand it. The misunderstanding has always been
there, people think that when someone is assigned a position, automatically

awarded, assigned or be given. But leadership cannot. It comes from influence
and that cannot be mandated. It is worked for and earned. Tittle can only buy
you time to increase your level of influence or destroy it.The higher the position one acquires the more leadership is needed
